How a ReviewGen review link works
A review link is a short web address, or a QR code, that takes a customer straight to the page where they can review your business. A ReviewGen review link adds a step before that. The customer gives a star rating and answers one short question. ReviewGen turns their answers into a few drafts, and they post the one they pick on Google, Yelp or another site.
- Each draft is built from the customer's own star rating and the words they typed, so it describes the visit they had.
- Low ratings get honest drafts. If someone rates 3 stars or lower, or mentions a problem, the draft stays balanced and still goes to your review page.
- The customer reads the draft and can change any of it before posting.
- They post from their own Google, Yelp or Facebook account. ReviewGen never posts for anyone.
What ReviewGen doesn't do
- It doesn't write reviews for people who haven't been your customers.
- It doesn't post reviews. Every customer posts from their own Google, Yelp or Facebook account.
- It doesn't pull in or monitor the reviews already on Google, Yelp or other sites.
- It doesn't pay or reward customers for reviews, and it asks every customer the same way, not only happy ones.
