Review analytics
See how many customers make it from your link to Google
Review analytics show what happens after you share your review link. ReviewGen counts four steps for each visit: opened your link, got a draft, copied it and went to your review site. The Results page shows those steps as a funnel, a trend over time and a list of recent visits, by review page and date range.

Key takeaways
- Every visit counts toward four steps: opened your link, got a draft, copied it and went to your review site.
- Each step shows as a share of the one before, so the biggest drop is easy to spot.
- Filter by review page and by the last 7, 30 and 90 days.
- A list of the latest 20 visits shows how far each one got and when.
- "Went to Google" means the customer opened your Google review page. ReviewGen can't see whether they posted.
How to read your review results
Start on Home
Home shows the last 30 days at a glance: how many people opened your link, got a draft, copied it and went to your review site.
Open Results
Tap "See results" for the full page, with the same four steps as a funnel.
Pick a review page and a date range
Look at all your review pages together or one at a time, over 7, 30 and 90 days.
Find the biggest drop
Each percentage is out of the step above, so the lowest one shows where customers stop.
Change one thing and check again
Fix the step with the biggest drop, then compare the next week or month.
What do the four steps mean?
Each visit to your review page moves through up to four steps, and Results counts how many reach each one.
- Opened your link. The customer opened your review page from your link or QR code.
- Got a draft. They answered your questions and saw drafts.
- Copied it. They chose a draft and copied it.
- Went to Google. They tapped the button that opens your review page on Google, or whichever site you connected.
Visits from the preview in your editor aren't counted, so you can test the page without skewing your numbers.
How do you find where customers stop?
Look for the step with the lowest percentage. Each drop points to a different fix.
If many people open the link but few get a draft, the questions are usually the problem. Cut them to two or three, and make sure long text answers aren't required. The review page builder is where you change them.
If people get drafts but don't copy one, the drafts may not sound like them. Try a different tone or a shorter length, or ask a more specific open question so the drafts have real details to work with.
If very few people open the link at all, the problem is the ask. Put a QR code where customers wait or pay, and text the link on the day of the visit. Our review links and QR codes page covers where to share it.

What does the Results page show?
- A funnel. The four steps for your chosen review page and date range, each with its count and its share of the step before.
- A trend. How many customers went to your review site by day for the last 7 days, or by week for 30 and 90 days.
- Recent customers. The latest 20 visits, each with how far it got ("Went to Google", "Copied a draft", "Saw drafts, didn't copy" or "Left before a draft") and how long ago.
- Filters. All review pages or one, over the last 7, 30 and 90 days.

What ReviewGen results don't track
- ReviewGen can't see whether a customer posted. "Went to Google" counts the tap that opens your review page, so check your profile for the reviews themselves.
- Results show what each visit did and when. They don't show who the customer is.
- ReviewGen doesn't monitor or reply to the reviews on your profile. To draft replies, use the free review reply generator.
